Why aren’t young people taking up flying? It’s more than just costs. Here are some ideas that others have implemented.
Orlando Gateway Sport Pilot Flight Training Center, based at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM) in Florida, will host a free barbecue Sept. 18 for aviation enthusiasts of all ages and their families. Attendees will have the opportunity to view the new PiperSport, Remos GX Sport and Cessna static aircraft displays and be entered to win a free discovery flight in a Light-Sport Aircraft (LSA) of their choice.
