Redwood Shores Sandpiper School’s students learn about planes from the San Carlos Pilots Association.
Students got the chance to view real planes at their very own Sandpiper School on Sunday. The San Carlos Airport Pilots Association with help from Hiller Aviation Museum, County of San Mateo, The Belmont Redwood Shores School District, The Redwood Shores Community Association, and the City of Redwood City all collaborated to enhance science education with an emphasis on aviation.
