Association of California Airports, Seeking Info and Comments on Third Party Management of GA Airports.
The Turlock Municipal Airport is operated by the Turlock Regional Aviation Association (TRAA). The City of Turlock and TRAA have an airport management agreement. TRAA is a 501(c)(3) subsidiary chapter of California Pilots Association. The City owns and retains the right to control the airport. As such, the airport is eligible for FAA funding.
