For the fifth consecutive year, the California Pilots Association (CalPilots) is participating in an event highlighting the importance of aviation to state elected officials. Titled California Aerospace & Aviation Days, the 3-day program at the Capitol in Sacramento will include activities engaging state Senators, Assemblymembers in discussions educating them on the industry’s value to the economy, as disaster response components, and it’s wide-ranging charitable purposes.
The featured portion of California Aerospace & Aviation Days is the Exposition from 11 am to 2 pm on Wednesday, March 29th. Here visitors to the Capitol’s west steps and lawn will find a multitude of interactive displays and exhibits showcasing the talents of those organizations attending. The public is invited to the Exposition. (Monday and Tuesday (March 27 and 28) are primarily one-on-one or small group activities with limited opportunities for non-participating individuals.)
