The next Nut Tree Airport Master Plan meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 23 at the airport Community Meeting Room, 301 County Airport Road, Vacaville.
This information meeting will provide a review of the preferred alternative, the next steps in the process and opportunities to discuss the Nut Tree Airport Master Plan.
The current Airport Master Plan Update is the first master planning effort to be undertaken for the Nut Tree Airport since 1993. When complete, the updated Master Plan will establish guidelines for improving the airport’s facilities through the next 20 years, lay the groundwork for further environmental analysis and enable the airport to obtain FAA funding for capital improvements.
