The Pacific Coast Air Museum welcomes Navy, Marine and Air Force front line fighter jets to its airshow line-up of performers. The Wings Over Wine Country Air Show will be held at the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, Calif., Aug. 18-19.
Scheduled to appear are the F/A-18 Super Hornet Demonstration Team from Lemoore NAS; a rare AV-8B Harrier airshow flight performance to commemorate the Centennial of Marine Aviation, with a Harrier from MCAS Yuma and three helicopter gunships from Camp Pendleton on static display; and an Air Force Heritage Flight with an A-10 fighter and a vintage P-51 Mustang flown by renowned warbird pilot Steve Hinton.
Additional military participation in the Wings Over Wine Country Air Show includes U-2 “Dragon Lady” and T-38 overflights and a C-17 “Globemaster III” static display.

Gates open both days at 9 a.m. for pre-show activities, including radio-controlled model aircraft demonstrations. Guests who purchase Pancake Breakfast tickets will have access to the air show at 8 a.m.
